Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Relational Psychoanalyst
Bio

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY17070) and Relational Psychoanalyst with over 27 years of experience helping people heal and grow. I am passionate about helping people connect with their deepest selves and find meaning and purpose in their lives. I believe that therapy can be a powerful tool for transformation, and I am honored to be a part of that journey.

I earned my first doctorate in Clinical Psychology from CSPP-San Diego, and my second doctorate in psychoanalysis from the Institute of Contemporary Psychoanalysis (ICP-Los Angeles) with a relational emphasis. I am also well-versed in other treatment modalities. This training has equipped me with the skills to understand and help people with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, disordered eating patterns, life transitions, and trauma.

Although I work with a diverse population of individuals with varied backgrounds and faith perspectives, I also have a Master's in Christian Counseling from Southern California Seminary, which gives me a unique perspective on how to integrate faith and therapy when requested and appropriate.

I believe that everyone has a unique path to healing and growth, and I tailor my approach to each individual client. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space where people can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I believe that therapy can help people to find a better way of being in the world that frees them from unhelpful patterns and pain while cultivating authentic purpose. If you are struggling with something, please don't hesitate to reach out. I am here to help you on your journey to wholeness.

ourselves sidetracked with relationship problems,
feeling overwhelmed by stress, or anything
